Tetra Evero® Aseptic offers the same or even better functionality and consumer convenience than other bottles made of plastic or glass, yet takes full advantage of carton attributes such as longevity and a better environmental profile.

A Range of Design Engineering and groundbreaking technological solutions have come together to create this innovative packaging shape. This includes breakthroughs in following areas: Injection Molding, Aseptic Sterilization, Distance Filling, opening and closure technology

The Package has a perforation in the cardboard which allows the separating of a polyethylene top from the carton sleeve, delivering improved environmental characteristics by making it easy for consumers to separate the top and carton sleeve and recycle them separately.

Tetra Evero® Aseptic is the world’s first aseptic carton bottle for ambient white milk.

The Carton Bottle platform is well suited to address the increasing demand from brand owners for better design options when it comes to differentiating their brand on shelf, in particular, through unique form factors.

Chris and the Tetra Pak design team explored and consumer tested many different combinations of closure type, top shape & carton sleeve shape, finish and treatment in order to identify the combination best suited to consumer preferecnce in the target markets.

We were proud to have been awarded an IF design Prize in 2014

In addition, Chris & the team conceptualised  and prototyped a sales tool based upon the principles of mass customization which would enable brand owners to fully explore all the differentiation possibilities within the platform.

The principle behind the tool was later piloted within another package platform. (See Package Lab)
